Chicago Brown Bear

Ingredients

Rolled Oats - 1 cup

Pecans - 1/3 cup

Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon

Frozen Banana - 1/2

Coconut Yogurt - 1 cup

Almond Milk - 1 cup

Protein Powder - 25 grams

Ice - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Add almond milk and coconut yogurt to blender
  2. Then add the frozen banana, pecans, and vanilla extract
  3. Next, add cinnamon, rolled oats, and Protein Powder
  4. Lastly, top off with 2 cups of ice
  5. Blend until uniform
  6. Pour into a bowl and add any toppings you like
  7. Enjoy!
