The Denver Detox

Ingredients

Coconut Water - 1 cup

Frozen Banana - 1/2

Spinach - 1 cup

Cucumber - 1/2 cup

Blueberries - 1/4 cup

Fresh Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Wheatgrass Powder - 1 tablespoon

Lemon Juice - 2-3 tablespoon

Avacado - 1/2

Ice - 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Gather all of your ingredients
  2. First add coconut water, frozen banana, and spinach to blender
  3. Then add sliced cucumber, blueberries, and wheatgrass powder
  4. Peel your fresh ginger and then add it to the blender
  5. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, avacado, and top off with ice
  6. Blend on high for around 30 seconds or until desired consistancy
  7. Enjoy!
